    It is well-known that the main priority in real estate business is the return on our clients' investments. Therefore we always plan for the future, it is our major responsibility to foresee the development of the market position of the respective property so that our clients could clearly realize the significance of their investments.
    We apply a differentiated approach according to the purpose of purchasing the property - housing or investment. We do our best to outline the advantages and disadvantages of each real estate property thus helping our clients to evaluate the situation and make their own decisions.
    We also offer our foreign partners, willing to make a purchase in South Eastern Europe, the unique opportunity to establish their own business or set up their home in a place worth investing in - Bulgaria.

    Bulgarian Property Ltd. deducts the following taxes and commissions:

  • Agency commission - in each purchase of real estate done through our mediation we take 3% agency commission on the purchasing price or minimum 500 EURO. Please note that our commission is payable when paying a deposit and signing the preliminary contract for purchasing property. The commission is non refundable.
  • Other expenses: Depending on each property there are other expenses like: notary fees, tax when purchasing property, stamp duty, checks on the property ownership, etc. These additional charges are very small and usually around 3% of the price. These should be paid separately by the buyer.
  • Fee for registration of firm - our consultants and lawyers will assist you by setting up or joining a company incorporated under Bulgarian legislation foreign person. The fee is about 500 EURO (about GBP 340).
  • Transport/taxi charges: For using company's car or taxi for the viewing trips we charge 0.28 Euros per km to cover the petrol charges and wear costs of the vehicle. if you want, you may rent a car and we highly recommend our partner "Balkan Rent a Car" who will offer you a car according to your taste at very reasonable prices.
