     Eco Star 2 is luxurious resort complex located 4 km away from the Black Sea coast and Albena resort. It is located in the villa area of the village of Rogachevo that is famous for its incredible combination of sea, mountain, extraordinary clean air and lots of sunny days.

In the vicinity are situated 3 of the biggest golf courses along the Black sea coast- Black sea rama, Thracian cliffs and Lighthouse. Black Sea Rama and Thracian Cliffs are designed by Garry Player, the third one Lighthouse is designed by Ian Woosnam. To the west the resort complexes are bordered by Batova reserve that is abounding in game and suitable for hunting tourism. The town of Kavarna, known for its Black Sea architecture and the rock concerts by world-famous musicianstaking place every week, is only 32 km away.

     In 2008 the real estate prices in the village of Rogachevo are expected to rise by 10 to 20%, which will lead to a proportional increase in the prices of the properties of Eco Star 1.

     Eco Star 2 holiday complex is situated on an area of 7500 square meters and the residential buildings are allocated into three and four-storey sections, disposed around the central part of the complex.      One bedroom apartments

     The apartments with one bedroom in Eco Star 2 are disposed in the sections B, C, D, E, G, H, K, L. Each of them consists of a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom and WC and a balcony. Area 54.40 sq.m. - 73.00 sq.m.

     Two bedroom apartments

     The apartments with two bedrooms in Eco Star 2 are disposed in the sections B, C, F, H, K. Each of them consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and WC and a balcony. Area 80.82 sq.m. - 114.31 sq.m.

     Maisonettes

     The maisonettes in Eco Star 2 are disposed in the sections I, L. Each of them consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and WC, a laundry room a terrace and a balcony. Area 104.42 sq.m. - 114.22 sq.m.

• 40% on signing a preliminary contract
• 25% on covering the floor on which the apartment is located
• 25% on completing the rough construction works in the building
• 10% on transferring the title of the property at a Notary Public's office
