     Payment plan

  • 1000 euro - reservation fee
  • Please note that all prices include VAT
  • Reservation fee is deducted from the last payment of the property
     Standard payment terms:

  • 30 % of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at the signing of the private purchase contract, which will be drawn up within a maximum of 15 days from the reservation
  • 30% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) on completion of the floor, where the apartment is disposed, to rough building
  • 20% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) on completion of the roof (Act 14)
  • 20% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) on the signing of the title deed and handing over the keys of the apartment (less the reservation fee)
     Fast payment terms - DISCOUNT: 5 % from the total price

  • 70% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) on the signing of the purchase contract.The contract will be drawn up within a maximum of 15 days after the reservation fee is paid
  • 30% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at ) within minimum 15 days before the signing of the Notary Deed (less the reservation fee)
     Investor payment terms - DISCOUNT: 8 % from the total price

  • 90% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at the signing of the private purchase contract, which will be drawn up within a maximum of 15 days from the reservation
  • 10% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at ) within minimum 15 days before the signing of the Notary Deed (less the reservation fee)
     Special mortgage payment terms - + 5 % from the total price

  • 40% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at the signing of the private purchase contract, which will be drawn up within a maximum of 15 days from the reservation
  • 60% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) within minimum 15 days before the signing of the Notary Deed (less the reservation fee)
     Prices increase with 10% at start of construction.
