     Housing complex Sunny Seasons is located in the town of Byala, district Varna. It is situated right over the black Sea coast and offers wonderful view to the sea, air and space in vicinity of the beach, in the center of the town on the road Varna- Bourgas.

     The town of Byala has population of 2 330 people and is located 50 km to the South from Varna and 75 km to the North from Bourgas. It offers the perfect combination of the quietness of the small town and the short distance to the big district centers. There you can find anything you need - shopping places, restaurants, hotels, banks, medical centers and post.

     The natural resources contribute for the town development as place for recreation and tourism. The town is located at the foot of Balkan mountain. The wide beach, nice weather and clean sea water offer wonderful opportunities for sea sports, fishing, rest and recreation on the seaside by the town.

     The existing port in Byala has been reconstructed to become yacht and trade port and to enable the practicing of yacht tourism.

     Sunny Seasons complex has RLP 3488.44 sq.m. The residential building consists of two sections comprised of 38 apartments with terraces overlooking towards the sea. Designed are two elevators 12 underground garages and parking lots and outdoor pool for adults and children in the backyard of the building. The whole complex is surrounded by fence to secure and control to the recreation and residential zones. The outside not built-up area shall be planted with trees and shrubs and recreation \zone with pools, alleys and benches.

     The construction of the building started on 17 October 2005 and is planned to be completed in April 2007.

      The Investor - "RUD - Varna" JSC shall organize the maintenance of the residential complex again agreed monthly payments.

     The fees shall cover the following expenses:

• Cleaning the stairs, corridors and the other common residential areas
• Cleaning and maintenance the green areas and the parking zone
• Cleaning and maintenance the outdoor pools
• Maintenance staircase lighting and alley lighting
• Ensuring lift maintenance service subscription basis
• Payment of the electric and water supply bills for the common areas
• Ecological and hygienic-sanitary procedures
• Forwarding the post received by the PRINCIPAL to address, requested by him
• Installation maintenance of the common areas
• Supervising the general conditions in the building, the garden, the water supply chain and the electrical installation
