     Byala city is in the central part of the Bulgarian Black sea coast, in the southern part of Varna county. It is 58 km. from Varna and 68 km. north of Bourgas.      Silver Beach vacation club consists of two buildings: Block A - hotel and Block B - apartments. Apartment's building - Block B has total built-up area of 9 121 sq m - ground level and1 262 sq m underground level. The complex will has 8 floors and will consist of 105 apartments with surface which varies from 43.50 sq m up to 175.00 sq m. Block B will include - 35 one-bedroom apartments, 66 two-bedroom apartments, 3 three-bedroom apartments, 1 presidential apartment.

      The complex will be luxury finished april 2008.
