     Marina Black Sea Riviera is a gorgeous summer holiday residence, with a front-line coast location situated at one of the most attractive regions of the Black Sea coast - Byala region. Byala is situated 50 kilometers south of Varna and 80 kilometers northeast of Bourgas. It is a nice sea resort with wide beaches, a lot of holiday homes and a beautiful water slide. Byala is a rich wine center, with traditions in the wine industry that date back to ancient times. It has excellent touristic infrastructure supplemented by aqua park, golf playground, and several five – star hotels.


     Marina Black Sea Riviera is constructed over plot with size 20 decares, with total built -up area 13 000 sq.m. It consists of 28 villas, 10 three - floor houses with mansard floor featuring marvelous view and one hotel - block with 25 apartments. Architecture of the villa settlement is designed to cover 4 - star standard, which shows bigger residential areas and high standard of construction. Villas and houses are arranged in such a way that from each villa and apartment there will be a panoramic view. Density of construction is very low, which premises space and comfort and vast green areas.

     Holiday settlement Marina Black Sea Riviera is divided on two zones – Zone 1 and zone 2

• In Zone 2 are disposed two and three – storey villas. Two – storey villas Nautique are separate, they have nice yard and covered terrace. Three – storey villas are two – family or divided into two apartments – type Compass and type Marina. Depending on the preferences of the client, the whole villa or apartment of it can be bought. Zone 2 will be completed in spring of 2009 year
• Apartments in Zone 1 over the road are one – bedroom, two – bedroom and maisonettes with mansard terraces. There are yards belonging to the ground floors. Zone 1 will be completed in 2010 year

     Marina Black Sea Riviera has its own port and Yacht club

• The Yacht Club Marina will not only become the hot spot of Bulgaria, but even of the whole Black Sea region. Sailing Races will have their starting points from here. New boats will be introduced. All kinds of festivities and public events will be organized. The aim is to equal the exclusiveness of f.e. Port Vauban Antibes (France), the Solent (UK), Port Zelande (Netherlands) and the Royal Yacht Club Nieuwpoort (Belgium). Key priorities for the yacht club staff will be friendliness and hospitality. The restaurant will serve an exclusive menu
• The Harbour facilities - The unique high quality harbour with wooden docks has sufficient capacity for about 230 yachts, with a maximum berth length of 25 meters. The maximum draught is 3 meters. Several facilities are available, like security, maintenance, electricity, fresh water, TV connection, Wifi Internet, craning in and out, a slip, sailing school and chartering, cleaning services, fuel etc

     Marina Black Sea Riviera facilities:

• Through Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) is guaranteed not only the safety of your property but also your family and friends
• Additional services are internet access in area next to the reception, childcare, shuttles to the airport, medical health transfers, taxi service, launderette, grocery deliveries etc. All are available at competitive prices
• You can relax at the central pool, do some shopping at luxurious boutiques or go for a sailing, diving fishing trip on one of the boats. For breakfast, lunch or dinner, you can choose from one of the many restaurants
• Park seats for free use are envisaged, as movement of automobiles in the settlement will be restricted

     All residential units will be given out to key, which includes:

• Kitchen with refrigerator, electric oven (4 hot – plates), microwave oven
• Rooms and terraces are with terracotta. All walls and ceilings are painted with latex, white or colored on client's choice
• Bathrooms are with faience and terracotta, with luxurious equipment
• Electric heating and air conditioners
• Cable TV in living room and all bedrooms
• Luxurious front and internal doors

     Property management

     Service costs are 9, 50 Euro per sq meter (inside) per year. For this Marina Black Sea Riviera will take care off:

• Garden and public space maintenance for the common parts
