     The Hotel

     The Lighthouse Golf Resort 5*Hotel is located in the south-east of the resort and close to the edge of the cliffs. An upscale hotel with 186 units, including 64 guest rooms, ten apartments and 112 studios. It is envisaged to form part of the entertainment area of the resort. The hotel will feature sea views and close proximity to the club house and road leading to the sandy beaches. The 12th, 13th and 14th greens are in the immediate surroundings of the hotel, allowing the entire guest to be involved with the game and offers panoramic view of the golf course. There are also opportunities to combine business meeting with the golf course, golf game with spa recreation, entertainment with calm relax!

     The Lighthouse Golf Resort Districts

     Along with the five star luxury hotel & spa center, Aqua Park, trading center, couples of restaurant and cafes the prestigious resort will include five privet hamlets.

     The Marina District: This District is located on the edge of the plateau and offers a breathtaking view over the Black sea coast and its surroundings. Two types of villas are being constructed. Villas with a large terrace, pool and garage. Living areas from 155 sq.m. to 255 sq.m. Semi-detached villas on two floors from 98 to 120 sq.m. with communal garden, pool. All properties consist of a livingroom/open kitchen, min. 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms.


     Green District: Strategically located inside the golf course area. In this district we offer four different types of properties. Three types of Villas from 130 to 155 sq.m. All Villas come with a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom, terrace, and a garden. The fourth type is two and three bedroom apartments from 60 to 100 sq.m. Access to communal swimming pools and Spa within the area.


     Lake District: Same as for the Green district. Strategically located inside the golf course area. Here will be built high quality Villas and semi-detached Villas, three, four and five bedrooms from 88 to 155 sq.m., with a view over the golf course. All properties with high quality bathrooms, terraces and nicely laid out gardens and swimming pools.


     Lighthouse District: Presently reserved for wholesale to individual investors. Located on the edge of the southern side plateau with spectacular sea view. Restaurants, Bars and Gym available in the new Lighthouse.      Payment Plan

• 5000 Euro reservation deposit (non-refundable if you decide not to purchase), deducted from the last instalment
