     Payment terms:

     Option 1 - standard

• 1500 Euro (VAT included) Deposit to confirm reservation
• 30 % of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at the signing of the private purchase contract
• 20 % of the price of the apartment (VAT included) 6 months after last payment
• 30 % of the price of the apartment (VAT included) 6 months after last payment
• 20 % of the price of the apartment (VAT included) on the signing of the title deed and handing over the keys of the apartment

     Option 2 - 6% discount

• 1500 Euro (VAT included) Deposit to confirm reservation
• 90 % of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at the signing of the private purchase contract
• 10 % of the price of the apartment (VAT included) on the signing of the title deed and handing over the keys of the apartment
