The Hotel
The four Star St. Ivan Rilski Hotel located within the borders of the development spreads over 4000 sq. m. and offers exclusive services to its guests and also to residents of the apartments. The hotel has four flours over and two floors below the ground level and it includes:

The day spa interiors are designed in the fang shoji style following the blueprints of eastern traditions to maximize delight, relaxation and recreation. Quality of construction
Building materials used in the construction of the edifices are of highest quality, suitable to the local climate and perfectly matching the natural beauty of the site. Some of the distinctive features of the buildings include:

- White wall plaster and traditional wooden and stone coatings on the outside
- All roofs are made with a wooden construction, covered with red tiles for a charming finish
All apartments in St. Ivan Rilski are finished with installed heaters, all floorings done, painted walls and fully furnished bathrooms. Flooring in living rooms, dinning rooms, kitchens and terraces are covered with ceramic tiles; bathrooms have ceramic tiles both on the floor as well as the walls; bedrooms come either with carpeting or with euro parquet on their floors. These finishes are included in the apartment cost.

The company manages their own properties, as well as hotels owned by foreign investors. The average yearly occupancy rate for the hotels managed is about 80 per cent. The company has also established partnerships with the major tour-operators and various Bulgarian and foreign tourist agencies. The St. Ivan Rilski, Hotel, Spa Apartments developer also runs an own travel agency. Travel agents are available to customers for arranging the flights, transfers, accommodation, organizations of trips and other events - all of that managed also on site.
The full range of property management services is available for customers; among them:

Depending on whether you are buying a completed, half-completed or an apartment that is still in initial phase of development, the developer offers several different payment possibilities. In any case, a 1 500 EUR deposit is payable 7 days after you have reserved an apartment, which serves as a guarantee to both buyer and seller.The deposit will be subtracted from the price of the property in case of purchase.
Buyer's protection
Reserving the desired apartment, gives you a total of 21 days, that allows you to organize your out-look of the property or to arrange the necessary documents for the signing of the pre-contract. During this 21-day period, the seller cannot sell the property to a third party. In case he does, he is obliged to pay back to the buyer the double amount of the deposit - 3000 EUR.
Buying property in building process
- 30% when signing the initial contract
- 40% upon roof completion
- 30% when signing the final contract /notary deed/
70% of the total property value is payable, when signing the initial contract. The final contract states how and when the remaining 30% will be paid in accordance with the building progress.
Buying a completed property
When purchasing a finished apartment the full amount of the selling price is payable.
