     The development

     Residential complex FESTA APARTMENTS - STRAGITEis an off-plan development, which will be completed by March, 2007. The land plot is ca. 14,000 sq.m. The built-up area is 4,910 sq.m. , while the gross built-up area is 29,420 sq.m. The project includes a total of 280 apartments, distributed in 12 buildings, on five floors. Each one of these buildings has its own entrance and an elevator.

     Maintance of the building and its communal areas (compulsory)

     1 Euro for sq. m. per month (or 12 euro for sq.m. per year) and this includes cleaning of common parts, security, TV, Ski wardrobe, Internet, Spa center, Swimming pool. Therefore, there will be no charges to use any of these facilities as they are covered by the maintenance charges.

     Payment terms:

• Reservation deposit 1000 Euro
• 30% - upon signing of preliminary contract
• 20% - upon completion of roof stage (September 2006)
• 40% - upon receiving Act 15
• 10% - upon receiving the notary deed
