     The new OVINACHE HOLIDAY VILAGE project in Bansko ski resort, is located at the foot of the mountains, at the border of Pirin National Park and 200 metres from the main ski track. There is a ski trail nearby.      Ovinache holiday village consists of three and four bedroom houses, which will be built in the 19th century architectural style typical for that Bulgarian region. The houses will be constructed with high-quality natural local materials and will feature contemporary interior design. The builder of this project is one of the biggest and most respected builders in Bulgaria. They built the Kempinski Grand Hotel and are also building the new golf course in Bansko.

     Three types of houses have been designed :

• 2 Bed semi detached houses - 93 sq.m.
• 3 Bed detached houses - 182 sq.m.
• 5 bed detached 3 story house - 222 sq.m.

     Each house has its own garden, parking lot, fully completed and furnished kitchen, dining -room, living-room, lavatory and bathroom, sauna, fireplace and office; bedrooms with own bathroom/ WC, day gallery (study and library ), terraces.

     Construction will be completed by the end of March 2007.

     Terms of Payment:

     All house owners receive free comprehensive insurance of their property for one year. The payment scheme is very advantageous both for the investors and the clients looking for the ultimate holiday home in Bansko all-seasons resort. There are two options available:

     Option 1
     You get a 5% discount if you choose this payment scheme!

• 30% of the price of the house on signing Preliminary Contract
• 60% of the price of the houseon roof-ready stage
• 10% of the price of the house on releasing of Act 16

     Option 2

• 10% of the price of the house on signing Preliminary Contract
• 20% of the price of the house up to one month after signing the Preliminary Contract
• 30% of the price of the house on finishing the last floor
• 15% of the price of the house on roof-ready stage
• 15% of the price of the apartment on releasing of Act 15
• 15% of the price of the apartment on releasing of Act 16 and transferring of the ownership
