     The complex Tangra is situated in the town of Bansko - world-wide famous ski resort with steady tourism traditions. The area of Bansko offers a large variety in out-of-bounds skiing, lift served terrain, snowfields, chutes, bowls, triple chair and baby trail. The town of Bansko is about three hours driving to the south of the Bulgarian capital of Sofia . It is surrounded by the mountains Pirin, Rila and Rhodopes. In addition to skiing, the Bansko area offers the possibility for several other exciting activities like rock and ice climbing, horse riding center, mountain bikes and motorcycles, picnic in the mountain (transport with carts) and fishing. Whitewater kayaking also appears to be very popular, and hiking in the summer should be very exciting.

     Tangra complex is located in short distance from the first station of the Cabine Lift leading to ski trails and also close to luxurious hotels "Glazne" and "Stradzhiite" . 3 km away from the complex the biggest golf course on the Balkan Peninsula is in construction. Glazne River separates the complex from the ancient part of Bansko which is famous with many authentic restaurants.

     The complex Tangra is with total build up area 3000 sq. m, and on each floor total build up area is 700sq. The building consists of three units, which are not functionally connected, but are approachable from three different stairways, which all start from a common basement.On the ground floor blocks A and C feature 6 apartments that mirror each other and have access to the yard through spacious balconies. First and second floor feature three apartments each one with identical floor-planning. There are two smaller apartments on the roof floor due to the sloped roof (45 angle). Total number of apartments in the two blocks - 22.Block B features an elevator for disabled persons. In block B a roof space has been planned.Interesting element of the three unit composition is a studio, designed as a tower with a stone facing. On the territory of the complex are situated fitness , sauna and place for rest. The facilities in the complex are: 24h year round security, BBQ, childres playground, laundry, drying room, underground parking lot, shop.

     Buyers receive one year free comprehensive insurance of their property.

     Terms of payment :

• 50% of the sales price - at signing the preliminary contract for sale;
• 50% - payable at signing the notarial act
