• annual inspection of the roof and its repairing if necessary
• supervision and replacement of windows in communal areas when necessary
• cleaning the common parts of the Complex, such as staircases, corridors, grounds, etc.
• repairs and maintenance of the roads and regulating of all alleys for cars, parking spaces
• 24-hour security
• rubbish collection etc.

     The fee excludes private utility usage, insurance, local taxes, rental management fees.

     Payment plan:

• 40% initial deposit (due within 2 weeks of reservation)
• 40% upon completion of the roof
• 20% upon completion of the development
