      Snow Spirit Complex . of luxurious apartments and studios is located in the central - historic part of Bansko.The complex will be situated on the city gardens in which you can discover a centuries aged spruce and white fir. The ski lift is about 800-900 m away. Only 50 m away are located pharmacies, shops, restaurants and various taverns. The financial and business institutions are approximately 50 m away and 50 m away is Pirin hotel. The nearest airport is 160 km in city of Sofia and 170 km in city of Plovdiv. • 30% of the price in 20 days after the signing of the preliminary agreement
• 30% of the price in time of two months after the first payment
• 30% of the price in 10 days after the buyer is notified about roofing
• 10% of the price upon the buyer is notified about signing of Act 15 /completion of the building/
