     Edeland Ridge is designed in the classic Alpine architecture style, making it fit perfectly in the environment. The steep slope roofs are a natural extension of the silhouette of the rocky peaks of Pirin.The stone and wood facings contribute for its organic link with the surroundings. All the buildings are oriented towards the incredible panorama of Pirin and Rila mountains.      Property management

     You will not have to pay property management fees for the first two years, after that you will sign contracts with the property management company Edeland work with. The property management includes:

     Leasing

     Leasing is fixed at 30% initial deposit and then in installments for up to 7 years. The cost will rise by 8% per year. You can always switch from leasing to mortgage without paying any penalty fees.

• 30 % - 6 months later
