     The Complex Lucky Bansko consists of two buildings connected with an underground passage. The complex has views towards Pirin mountain to the south and Rila mountain to the north. • Maintenance of all installations next to the entrance of your apartment: electrical, water supply and sewerage, heating and hot water, computer installations, TV and Internet, fire-alarms, emergency lighting, anti-lightning, etc
• Electricity for all lifts and lighting of common areas
• Free of charge hotel service from the "Reception desk" and "Ski room" departments for the apartment owners
• Administrative and management expenditures
• Immediate intervention in case of any breakdowns and emergencies in your apartment
• Insurance of all common areas

     Property management fee is 10 Euro per sq.m. annually

     We guarantee you an annual return of 6% on the final property price for the first two years in the form of rental fees for using your apartment as a hotel unit.

• 90% before signing of Notary Deed

     Building 2

• 20% upon signing the preliminary contract
• 30% upon presentation of Statement 14 for approval of the building structure - November 2007
• 40% upon presentation of Statement 15 for ascertaining the suitability for approval of the building - April 2008
• 10% before Notary Deed - November 2008

     Important!

• 100% of the property price will appear on the Notary title
• 5% discount is available in case no management agreement is signed
