     Downtown Ski and SPA is five-star holiday complex located in the fastest developing and most famous Bulgarian winter resort Bansko. It consists of 16 buildings “aparthotel" type and super luxury Downtown Hotel. The complex is very close to the first station of the cabin lift (100 m).


     Downtown Ski and SPA complex is planned as a modern and luxury development, designed in authentic Bansko style. The construction of the complex is monolithic, red bricks, heat and hydro isolation with mineral coat, interior doors, PVC woodwork, air-conditioning, lightning, contacts, intercom, alarm and security system, fire alarm system, SOS system in bathrooms, monitoring system in the shared parts, structured cable system and TV system, distance heating system, water and power supply, luxury shared parts.

     Downtown Ski and SPA complex has exclusively attractive multi-functional culture and sport center, consisting of SPA center (total built area 3000 m2), offering above 100 procedures with 6 kinds of steam bath – Finnish, Russian, Turkish, 2 herbal baths, crio-therapy, 3 pools, skating ring, tennis court, riding, mountain safari.


     Hotel

     Downtown Hotel is super luxury 5 – star accommodation. It has a total built area of 32 170 sq.m. distributed on six levels – basement, ground floor, three floors and attic floor. There are 168 rooms Delux, 18 rooms Executive, 6 apartments Delux, 4 apartments Executive. All hotel rooms have wonderful view towards the mountain.

     There is kindergarten in the hotel, also 4 restaurants (Bulgarian, Italian, Russian, Chinese), English Pub, 2 BBQ, piano bar, lobby bar, cigar bar, casino, 250 underground parking places, 24 hour security, medical service, rent-a-car, ski rental, shops, boutiques, dry cleaning.

     The rich SPA center has a total built area of 3000 sq.m.

     The guests are provided with wide choice of procedures in SPA center:

• Thermal club – the first level with Turkish bath, Russian steam bath, Finnish bath, two herbal steam baths, crio-therapy, aroma salt steam bath, showers with attractions, water meditation zone (tepidarium), ice fountain, body and leg hydro massage forms, unique baths with wine, milk, seaweed
• Face and body therapy – the second level with separate zones for different relax and medicinal therapies. There are 10 luxury equipped cabins with music and chromo therapy. They hold out classic and modern treatment of the face and body. The clients will enjoy the high results of the lifting, hydration, oxy generation and renewal for women, men and children. The whole body care includes active weight loss, energy and cellulite fighting. Anti-stress, re-minerals, body rapping with chocolate, grapes, coffee programs. Aiurveda therapy, holistic massage with obsidians and onyx. Solar cabins, pedicure and hair dressing
• Gym and fitness center – according to the last SPA culture requirements
• Tea and fruit bar – the end of the SPA adventure

     Aparthotel

     Five star Downtown aparthotel has an area of 24000 sq.m . It consists of 15 apartment buildings connected in three groups. The 16-th Aparthotel building is in a project stage. It will have studios and maisonettes.

     The facades of the buildings are typical for the architectural style of Bansko – steep roofs, covered with tiles. In order to prevent the freezing during the winter there is a heating system for drain pipes and gutters. Stone and wooden facing on the facades are used, up to date railings and hoods finish the picturesque design of the bucolic sounding of the complex. Each one of the buildings has 2 lifts. One of them is for the service staff. The maisonettes are situated on the under roof floors. In the basements of each building are the premises for security and service staff.

     Most of the apartment buildings are with 3 apartments on each floor. This solution provides comfort of living and beautiful view to the mountain. The apartments on the ground floor of the building, have their own exit to the own yard. The ground floor of the buildings exits to the main street and there are many shops there – for sport accessories, ski-outfit, Chinese restaurant and 6 shops for luxury goods.

     The Aparthotel offers 248 5-star apartments completely furnished in modern European design. Most of the apartments have a view to Pirin Mountain. There is a second bathroom in the apartments with more than one bedroom. All apartments have security system, fire alarm system, SOS system in bathrooms, central heating, air conditioning (“CARRIER" convectors), direct dial telephones, Internet, digital TV system with LCD monitor, vacuum-cleaning system.

     The square surface of the apartments is as follows:

• Studios - about 50 sq.m
• apartments with two rooms - from 71.30 to 106.17 sq.m
• apartments with three rooms - from 108.88 to 133.94 sq.m
• maisonnetes with three rooms - from 143.44 to 168.28 sq.m
• one maisonnette with four rooms – 192.52 sq.m

     Property Management

     For calmness and security of the owners are envisaged:

• organization, technical and administrative management and maintenance
• organization of indoor order in the building and shared parts and appliances
• rendering any assistance to the owners with respect to their calm and undisturbed living and practice their right of ownership
• technical maintenance of shared installations, equipment and other shared in the building, green areas, parking and yard
• organization outside security
• organization of sanitary and cleaning services
• organization and maintenance of payment process
