• Transportation (shuttle bus) to the gondola lift
• Free usage of all facilities: indoor swimming pool, sauna, sports gym, etc

     Payment plan

     The payment mode will be as follows:

• 1000 Euro - reservation fee (non-refundable)
• 40% - upon signing of Preliminary contract
• 40% - upon roof (ACT 14)
• 20% - before the notary transfer of the ownership
