     Standard

• 5 % deposit /first installment/ to the bank account of the builder (non-refundable)
• 25% /second installment/ paid at signing of the Preliminary Contract within 20-28 days after the deposit has been paid
• 20% third installment payable in September 2008
• 20% fourth installment payable in November 2008
• 20% fifth installment payable in January 2009
• 10% sixth installment payable on receiving of Act 15, at which point the ownership of the property will be transferred to the buyer (approx. June 2009)
