• Floors - corridors, terraces, living room, bedroom, WC and bathroom - plain cement
• High voltage electric system - finished according to an investment project.
• Low voltage electric system /cable TV, telephone line, internet line, outside access ring line/ - finished according to an investment project
• Water supply system - PPR pipes installation to a dead taps, finished according to an investment project.
• Sewage system - PVC pipes, finished according to an investment project
• Terraces - metal handlings with a glass decoration

     Option II
     Consist of Option I plus:

• Inner walls and ceilings - gypsum plasterboard painted in a water based painting

     Option III
     Consist of Option I plus Option II plus - At an additional request against an additionally discussed price:

     Total finishing of the apartments with

• Kitchen electric equipment
• Air-conditioning system
• Heating system
• Interior furniture /living room, dining room, bed room
• Individual security system /possibility for a 24/7 online surveillance of the property by the owner via Internet

     Property management

     The investor provides a property management service for the whole year at a reasonable price and with many services. Another option is the investor to rent out the apartments on behalf of the owners for the period they are abroad so that they can obtain additional benefit. Property management fees include:

• Security of the plot, the garages, the building
• General maintenance of the building
• Urgent maintenance of an outer electric and water systems
• Annual general check of the roof and a repair if needed
• Maintenance and general check of windows frames
• Cleaning of corridors and stairs
