     Payment options

     To complete a property reservation, you are required to submit a 1000 euro reservation fee via a bank transfer. In 14 days the preliminary contract has to be signed. The amount will be deducted from the purchase price of your property upon receipt of the first instalment. The reservation fee is non-refundable in case of a purchase cancelation or withdrawal.
