     White Coast SPA Residences is an exclusive first-line residential building located just a few meters from the Black Sea shore. It is located on the coast line between Balchik and Kavarna, just 40 minute drive from the Varna Airport. At the opposite site of the "Thracian Cliffs" golf-course is constructed the most modern marine along the Black Sea started which will offer the whole year-round berthing of yachts of different types. In the immediate vicinity there is a hot mineral water spring of 34°C and it will be used for the water supply of the residential complex.
