• 40 % (VAT included) of the price of the apartment at the end of the foundations (approximately May 2008)
• 50 % (VAT included) of the price of the apartment on receiving of Certificate for usage of the building (approximately June 2008)

     Plan B- with 7% discount of the price

• 100 % (VAT included) of the price of the apartment upon signing the Preliminary contract within 14 days after the reservation fee paid
