     Holiday complex Stanny court is situated only 150 meters way from the beach, near the new Aqua park in beautiful sea town of Nessebar. Nessebar is a settlement with population of about 9500 inhabitants. It is picturesque, fabulous spot, which is located on a small rocky peninsula, connected with the mainland via narrow isthmus, with length of approximately 400 meters. The town is disposed 36 km. to the northeast from city of Bourgas. It is one of the most ancient settlements in Europe and on this reason Nessebar is proclaimed for monument of culture under protection of UNESKO.


      Complex Stanny court consists of two buildings A and B, comprising ground floor and five residential floors. Total number of apartments in the complex is 32 including ateliers, big studios, one – bedroom apartments with quadrature from 35 to 64.71 sq.m. All apartments have view towards the sea or the internal pool.

     There is an option to choose among three different sets of full furnishing for the offered apartments, in request by the client. The prices of this service are as follows: for studio 3500 Euro, for big studio – 4500 Euro, for one – bedroom apartment – 5000 Euro.

   Maintenance

     The maintenance fee is 5 EUR/sq.m which is spent for:

• Using a swimming pool
• Maintenance of the territory of the complex
• Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings
• Maintenance of the green area of the complex
• Year round security
• Electric lightening of the common territory
• Electric lightening of the common parts of the building

     The owners have the option, against additional payment to receive the following services:

• Cleaning and ventilation of the apartments all year round
• Repairs of the apartments
• Payment of the expenses for the apartments, such as taxes, electricity, water etc
• Rent-a-car
• Furnishing of the apartments
• Other services, needed by the owners for their comfortable stay

     Payment plan

• 1 000 Euro - deposit
• 30% - at signing of the preliminary contract
• 20% - a month after the signing of the preliminary contract
• 20% - two months after the second payment
• 20% - three months after the third payment when the building is completed inside and outside
• 10% - when the apartment is transferred to the owner
