      All-season holiday complex Solomonia is a value for money development located in the picturesque village of Stoykite only 5 km. away from the renown resort of Pamporovo.

     Stoykite village lies in the center of the southern half of Bulgaria, in the very heart of the Rodopi Mountain, 15 km away from the county town of Smolyan and only 5 km away from the winter resort of Pamporovo.The village is 250 km away from the capital Sofia and 90 km away from the second largest city in Bulgaria - Plovdiv , which has the second busy airport over the winter season in Bulgaria. In the village will be built a ski-lift to Pamporovo according to the development projects of the area and soon the village will be part of the resort. In the summer it offers countless fascinating possibilities for active recreation and tourism. One can touch the secrets that the mountain jealously keeps by visiting some of the historic monuments: the ancient fortress of "Sveti Vrach" or the Thracian necropolis near "Sveta Elena". If you like nature you can take one of the ecologic or tourist walks in the area of Stoikite, Grashtitsa, Solishta, Stikal, Shiroka Laka and Gela, as well as the nearby mounts Goliam Perelik, Snezhanka and Mechi Chal, which offer extraordinary views. Those who seek for extreme sensations can go climbing, riding, biking and diving into wild caverns with the help of professional guides and appropriate equipment that you can be hired there.

      Before the starting date of the complex, two ski lifts will be constructed towards the peaks Snejanka and Perelik. Ski lifts will be only 500 m. away from Solomonia complex.

     The Solomonia complex offers three residential buildings, a parking lot and an inner walking zone. All the apartments will have perfect mountain views. Built in traditional Bulgarian style the complex will entirely satisfy all resident's needs for comfort. It covers antiseismic and fire-precaution regulations. The development will be provided with:

     Every buyer in Solomonia complex will have to pay annually maintenance and management fee of 7 Euro per sq.m. apartment area after the Complex is in use counted from the day of the Permit for use. The following discounts are available:

• 10% discount annually - for three year advanced payment
• 20% discount annually - for five year advanced payment

     Maintenance and management fee shall cover the expenses for:

• maintenance of the electricity and water systems
• annual inspection of the roof and its repairing if necessary
• supervision and replacement of windows in communal areas when necessary
• cleaning the common parts of the Complex, such as staircases, corridors, grounds, etc.
• repairs and maintenance of the roads and regulating of all alleys for cars, parking spaces
• 24-hour security
• rubbish collection etc.

     Payment plan

      Secure your mountain home now!

     Any apartment can be immediately secured by sending a deposit of 1000 EURO. After we receive your deposit, the chosen chalet will be stopped immediately from the market and reserved for you. The payment of installments will start when the construction begins.

• 20% - first payment when the construction begins in 15 days period after informing the buyer
• 20% - second payment payable on completion of the ground floor in 15 days period after informing the buyer
• 30% - third payment when furnishing the roof in 15 days period after informing the buyer
• 20% - fourth payment on issuing the Certificate of Use of the Complex in 15 days period after informing the buyer
• 10% - fifth payment when signing the notary deed
