     SPA complex Neviastata is situated in the area Raikovski livadi in Pamporovo resort. The building is at 800 m. from the existing ski lift station Studenets and in immediate proximity with the future modern sport and tourist center Perelik, which construction will start soon. The distance to the nearest airport in Plovdiv is only one hour.


     Pamporovo is an alpine resort, nestling in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains. Winter is long and snowy and summer is cool and fresh. Pamporovo is situated at a distance of 260 km from the capital Sofia, 85 km from Plovdiv and 15 km from Smolyan. It stands at altitude of 1700 m. above sea level, at the foot of peak Snejanka (1926 m). Pamporovo welcomes tourists all year round. It is a wonderful place or a visit both in winter and in summer.

     SPA complex Neviastata is designed as a residential building. It contains apartments for sale for year-round living and a section for catering of the residents and their guests.      All procedures at the SPA center are oraganized in different groups accourding to the preferences and needs of the residents of the complex.The location of the different components of the SPA center guarantees comfortable and easy transfer from one procedure to the following one.


     Construction and materials

     The structure of Neviastata hotel is monolithic with reinforced concrete and external walls are made of ceramic bricks. The facades will be treated with mineral plaster on heat insulation panels, timber lining of impregnated materials and stone revetment. The roofing will be with Tegola bituminous shingles. The joinery will be PVC with glass pack. The building will have a luxurious hydraulic lift. The good internal communication through a network connection allows the residents to use the restaurant, the swimming pool and the other facilities.

     Level of completion "by turn key":

• floorings in the corridors - ceramic tiles and granitogres
• laminated parquet is laid on the floors in the bedrooms and the living rooms
• the bathrooms are entirely finished
• the kitchenettes have built in cupboards and sinks
• the balconies have granitogres flooring

• The apartments can be fully furnished (optional) in unique luxury design according to the latest trends

     The price for a furniture pack for a studio is 5439 Euro and for one bedroom apartment is 6855 Euro.

     Maintenance

     The owners of the apartments in Neviastata complex should pay annual fee of 8.00 Euro per sq.m which is spent for the following services:

• General maintenance of the common parts: electricity of the corridors, stairs, elevator maintenance
• Maintenance of the swimming pool
• Maintenance of the park and the terrace greenery, the alley lights and sound etc
• 24 hour security guard

     Payment plan

• 2000 Euro - Reservation
• 50% upon preliminary contract
• 20% term is subject to negotiation
• 20% term is subject to negotiation
• 10% upon trasfer of the ownership
