The town of Pomorie (about 14 500 inhabitants) is situated on a narrow rocky peninsula, jutting out 3,5 km in Black Sea, 20 km away from Bourgas, 18 km away from resort Sunny Beach, 20 km. away from the ancient town of Nessebar. The international airport is only 8 km away. The climate is extremely favourable: continuing sunshine which reaches up to 2360 hours annually. The average temperature of air and water in July is 23,6oС. Winds (breeze) from the sea to the shore and from the shore to the sea rhythmically refresh the air. It is proved that according to its qualities Pomorie curative mud, extracted from the salty lake, is among the best in the world.
     In the modern sanatorium different diseases are cured all year round: diseases of the bone-muscular system of the body; gynaecological, surgery and traumatical, skin, peripheral nerves, non-typical of the breathing organs, liver, heart and other diseases.

     Apartment Group Anhialo is situated about 100m. away from the beach, 200m. away from the centre of Pomorie. Next to the building there are many shops, banks, polyclinic, drug-stores, bus station, post office. The housing is situated on the area of 1203 sg.m, the built up area is 715 sg.m. Unfolded built up area is 4866 sg.m .715 sg.m. of which are shops. The housing consists of three buildings- Section A, B, C.

     The building is projected with monolit construction from reinforced concrete. The roof is flat. The outter walls are made of 25 cm. brick construction along with 6 cm. of effective heatisolation. The same is used in foundation of the balconies. Housing will have all necessary electrical, water-main, system of sewers, telephone, chimney, lightning-conduction and internet installations. The joinery work is made of PVC profiles with glass packets. The entrance doors of the apartments are veneered and the inside doors are made of MDF. Decoration plasters have been planned for the facades. Parapets are planned to be open-work, of metal, in architectural elements, powder coated in color as per the RAL.

     Payment plan

     The payment for the dwelling or the shop that you have chosen may be made in 4 installments as follows:

• 30% of the price of the amount at the signing of the sales and purchase contract
• 50% of the price of the amount when construction work up to the 'rough structure' phase has been completed
• 10% of the price of the amount at the signing of the 'sample 16' statement of facts
• 10% of the price of the amount when the last ownership conveyance formalities have been performed at the notary's office
