     With overall unfolded area of 2,123 . 85 sq.m. and will consist of:

• 4 residential floors, consisting of 17 two-room, 3 three-room apartments, and 1 studio
• a terraced top floor, consisting of 1 duplex loft and 1 studio

     Office Building

     With overall unfolded area of 1, 098.5 sq. m. and will consist of:

• a bank office with an area of 133,32 sq. m.
• 4 standard-type floors, 2 separate offices being envisaged in each floor
• a terrace-type top floor, consisting of 2 separate offices

     Completion date - summer 2009

     Prices

     Option 1 - "up to pipe plug" prices in Euro without VAT:

• Shop and offices - 1050 Euro/sq.m
• Apartments - 840 Euro/sq.m

     Option 2 - " turnkey" prices in Euro without VAT:

• apartments - 1000 Euro/sq.m

     Payment plan

     The payment for the dwelling or the shop that you have chosen may be made in 4 installments as follows:

• 30% of the price of the amount at the signing of the sales and purchase contract
• 50% of the price of the amount when construction work up to the 'rough structure' phase has been completed
• 10% of the price of the amount at the signing of the 'sample 16' statement of facts
• 10% of the price of the amount when the last ownership conveyance formalities have been performed at the notary's office
