     Rich Daddy Beach Resort and Spa is situated on 9 000 sq.m. of beachfront plot and consists of 180 luxury studios, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, all with lovely sea views.      Mud Treatment Center

     Situated on over 800 sq.m. in section Е, the Mud Treatment centre is an unique feature of this luxury development. The mud of the famous Lake of Pomorie is known for its healing properties. Mud treatments cure chronic inflammation, alleviate pain, and are also biostimulating (enhance metabolism and cell regeneration). The treatments also remove excessive fluids and toxins from the body. In addition, a mud treatment session will give you a pleasant feeling of relaxation.
     Mud treatments are one of the oldest forms of treatment. The ancient Egyptians practiced mud treatment thousands of years ago. Egyptians used mud to treat various diseases.      The free services are provided within the yearly maintenance fee and include:

• cleaning of common areas and maintenance of the facilities
• reception desk, reservations for events and tickets bookings

     Payment Plan

• 5000 Euro - Deposit
• 30% - within 15 working days after signing the preliminary contract
• 40% - when the section in which is the bought apartment is covered
• 30 % - when the apartment is fully finished, not later than 31st May 2010
