     Reservation of an apartment

     The client pays deposit amounting 1500 Euro. The sum is transferred to banking account in favor of the buyer. The deposit serves as guarantee both for the seller and the buyer. The amount of the deposit will be deducted from the price of the apartment when the preliminary contract is signed. The reservation is valid for 45 days. During this period the buyer has no right to offer for sale the apartment to third parties. If this happens the buyer is obligated to repay the deposit to the client in double amount.
