     Maintenance of the building and its communal areas

• Organization of the internal order in the building and the common facilitiesin the complex, providing assistance to the owner for the purpose of undisturbed and unobstructed use of the site and the complex as a whole;
• Technical maintenance of the common installations, facilities and any other common parts of the buildings, as well as of the complex facilities intended for common use - green areas, yard, garden, swimming pool, etc.;
• Organization of the internal security-guard of the site and the complex;
• Organization of cleaning of the complex and the common parts of the residential building;
• Organization and management of any payments related to common parts and the common use parts in the complex;
• Maintenance of the facilities in the complex;
• Maintaining cleanness of the common parts of the building, the yard /without garbage collection, which appears to be obligation of the municipal companies/;
• Maintaining the green areas of the building and the trees;
• Carrying out the necessary repairs of the common parts of the building;
• Organizing, accounting and paying the consumables related to the common parts of the building, as well as of the site itself - if the appointee has provided the necessary funds thereof.

     Rental Opportunities

     10 % guaranteed rental for apartments in sections C and E:

• 4 % for Year 2007
• 6 % for Year 2008

     The rent in sections A, B, F & G depends on the prices of tour operators, however the estimate is an average of 5% per year, with a tendency to increase after year 2008.
     There is no commission fee for letting the properties.
