     Half a village, half a resort, Kosharitsa village is situated on the southern slopes of the east Balkan range, 120 m above sea-level. It is 45 km in northeastern direction to the town of Bourgas and 15 km north of the town of Nessebar and only 7 km in southeastern direction to the seaside resort Sunny beach. The climate is continental with influence from the sea.
     From the village of Kosharitsa are revealed far-reaching panoramic views: to the east you can see the resort and the old town of Nessebar, to the south your sight will be captured by Pomorie Bay and reach all the way to the northern slopes of the Strandja Mountain. If you look back you will see a valley formed between the hill "Biberna" which is next to Kableshkovo village and the slopes of Emin Mountain. To the north there is a forest which served as protection for the people from the village during the Turkish yoke.
     Near by the village is located the biggest natural reserve in the area - Kalinata. There are a plenty of wild birds, wild rabbits and foxes and huge variety of rare floral plants. Very close to the same area are projected to be building a golf course. A small river - "Suha reka" flows through the village and pours into the Black Sea.
     Kosharitsa is a calm and quiet place with clean nature. It is famoius for the cleanest air in the region. The closeness to Sunny beach provides the possibility to use all extras and entertainments in the resort.
     The village itself combines the architecture of old renaissance houses and luxury modern villas and hotels. The population of the village is 1054 people.
     Kosharitsa offers all facilities for permanent residence and for holiday.
