      Holiday Fort Golf Club complex will be completely finished to the highest world standards! The complex building will have steel-concrete construction; the outer walls of the buildings will be insulated with 4 cm thick thermo- and hydro-insulation.       The people, having bought apartments in the building group Holiday Fort Golf Club pay an anual fee, which is spent for:

• Using of the swimming pools
• Electric lighting of the common territories
• Electric lighting of the common parts of the building

     The annual fee for an apartment is 8.34 Euro/sq.m. + VAT (20%). The following discounts are offered:

• 6.95 EURO/sq.m. + VAT for advanced payment of 3 years.
• 5.87 EURO/sq.m. + VAT for advanced payment of 5 years.

      By wish of the owners, at additional payment the following services can be provided:

• cleaning of the apartments all year round
• repairs of the apartments
• payment of the running accounts for the apartment /taxes, electricity, water etc./

      Furnishing

     Our team of designers will assist you in furnishing your property and help you achieving high standard of comfort and style. We will offer furniture packs, which will perfectly suit your needs for a traditional Bulgarian style or modern design.

     The building of the complex will start March 2007, rough building and roofing is expected to be finished January 2008 and completion expected in June 2009.

     The prices of apartments in the complex are the lowest possible for this area of Sunny Beach 945 Euro per square meter over the living area (830 Euro per square meter over the total area). Studios starting from 30 000 Euro, one bedroom starting from 44 000 Euros and two bedroom starting from 60 000 Euro. Here you may take advantage of three years no interest deferred payment.

      The payment schedule is very advantageous for the investors:

• 20% Euro of the price less the 1000 Euro reservation fee is due within three weeks from the date of the reservation
• 20% of the price less the 1000 Euro reservation fee is due within three weeks from the date of the reservation
• 20% is due at finishing of the roofing works
• 40% is due at completion - You start using the apartment
• 20% of the price is due up to one year from the readiness of the building without interest
• The legal services for transferring the deeds are taken by the developer - clients pay no fee for that
• You pay additionally only the half (1.5% of the amount of the deeds) of the notary and other state costs for transferring the deeds
