Technical Parameters
- The buildings are built of monolith beamless reinforced ferro-concrete frame on a common fundamental platform.

The Apartment Hotel
The first building with separate apartments consists of three main corpuses with different number of floor levels. These are joint volumes of three, four, five and six floors that are positioned to maximally overlook the sea. They are ideally situated in relation to the geographic latitude and longitude in order to get the proper sun radiation, shading, ventilation and conditioning, in accordance with the estate configuration.
In the middle of the composition, there is the internal yard. It is thus contrived, in order to add comfort and individuality to the internal space. The Hotel has lobby bar and internal vertical communications. It provides instant access to all corpuses of the building and a direct access to the yard, the external bar and the swimming pools. This part of the complex consists of 21 one-bedroom apartments, 5 two-bedroom apartments and 41 studios. Various service units are located in the hotel building as well. In the basement at elevation - 2.45 is the underground car park with capacity for 34 cars. It has direct access from the main street. The garden tools warehouse is attached to the parking lot.
Apartment House 1
The second building of the VIP complex is developed in four floors plus a mansard one. It is thus situated, in order to maximally overlook the strand and the sea. It has favourable position in relation to the geographic latitude and longitude in order to get the proper sun radiation, shading, ventilation and conditioning, in accordance with the estate configuration.
Its entrance is on its west side and leads to the staircase and the elevator. At the same level /elevation 0.00/ there are the auxiliary rooms for the staff and the necessary services - fax, internet, etc.
The four residential floors at elevation 0, +2.80, +5.60 and 8,40 are comparatively identical in matters of configuration and content. There are four one-bedroom apartmentson each floor: one west-overlooking apartment, one east-overlooking apartment and two south-overlooking apartments on every floor.
The last floor is attic, recessed to fit the drip elevationand the necessary dimensions. At this level, there are two one-bedroom apartments with extremely large verandas.
Apartment House 2
The building is apartment residential building for seasonal dwelling, constructed as independent object included in the general composition of recreation complex Sunny Victory with 650 sq.m. built up area and 3 315 sq.m. unfolded built up area. The free yard space is 1 560 sq.m.
The residential part is developed on five floors in two connected bodies forming joint volume with two separate entrances and attic floor. The building has 21 two bedroom apartments, 28 one bedroom apartments, 7 studios, or totally 56 residential units.
On first level, elevation + 0.60, there is an entrance foyer where the connection with the vertical communication (staircase and elevator) is situated. The staircase is transitional and this gives the opportunity for direct access to the yard space. From the entrance antechamber of entrance A there is direct access to small janitor's apartment. Entrance B is the same.
The residential floors, on elevation +3.40, +6.20, +9.00 and +11.80, contain comparatively identical according to their configuration and area one and two bedroom apartments.
Apartment House 3
The building is apartment residential building for seasonal dwelling, constructed as independent object included in the general composition of recreation complex Sunny Victory with 342 sq.m. built up area and 2 170 sq.m. unfolded built up area. The plot is corner built connected on end-wall in northern direction.
The building part id developed on five floors in one body with entrance on southeast. The building has 12 two bedroom apartments, 21 one bedroom apartments, 7 studios, or totally 33 residential units.
On the first level elevation + 0.60 from the street is the main approach, ensuring direct passage to foyer with vertical communications - elevator and staircase. The staircase is transitional and gives the opportunity for direct access to the yard space.
Five residential floors contain comparatively identical according to their configuration and area one and two bedroom apartments. The last floor elevation +14.20 is settled as attic and withdrawn to the inside. On this level there are also apartments with vast terraces.
