      The management of the complex shall include:

• organization of 24 hours security
• providing use of an open pool
• providing use of the park area part of the adjacent infrastructure
• maintenance and cleaning of the common parts of the building
• maintenance and technical exploitation of the lifts in the building
• maintenance of the green areas in the complex
• upon request of the BUYERS and on their account to pay the consumable costs of the real estate ( electricity, water and others )

      Method of payment:

      In the day of reservation the Buyers must pay deposit 2000 Euro.

• 80% on signing the preliminary contract
• 20% the Buyer must pay in the day of notary transfer of the ownership

      The method of payment is subject to agreement and depend on the stage of completion.
