     The complex includes all facilities that will guarantee you and your family a perfectly spent holiday or an all-year-round living. There are two restaurants, bar, cafeteria, four swimming pools with life guards, supermarket, shops, children's playgrounds, change, medical center, internet club, tourist agency, rent-a-car, a guarded parking lot, Internet club.      Imperial Fort Club will be completely finished to the highest world standards! All apartments offered for sale will be perfect for renting out to guests from Bulgaria and abroad and are expected to bring sufficent return of owners' investment. The complex building will have steel-concrete construction; the outer walls of the buildings will be insulated with 4 cm thick thermo- and hydro-insulation. The apartments will be equipped with air-conditions in each room, floor heating in the hall and the bathroom. Most of the apartments will offer attractive Sea views.

      The people, having bought apartments in the building group IMPERIAL Fort Clubpay an anual fee, which is spent for:

• Maintenance of the territory of the complex
• Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings
• Maintenance of the swimming pools
  Maintenance of the green area of the complex
• Year round security
• Using of the swimming pools
• Electric lighting of the common territories
• Electric lighting of the common parts of the building

      The annual fee for an apartment is 6.90 Euro/sq.m. + VAT (20%). The following discounts are offered:

• 5.75 Euro/sq.m. + VAT for advanced payment of 3 years.
• 4.85 Euro/sq.m. + VAT for advanced payment of 5 years.

      By wish of the owners, at additional payment the following services can be provided:

• cleaning of the apartments all year round
• repairs of the apartments
• payment of the running accounts for the apartment /taxes, electricity, water etc./
• rent-a-car
• furnishing of the apartments
• using of the fitness club, tennis court, sauna, beauty centre, medical services
• cable TV and telephone
• other services, needed by the owners for their comfortable stay in Imperial Fort Club

     Our team of designers will assist you in furnishing your property and help you achieving high standard of comfort and style. We will offer furniture packs, which will perfectly suit your needs for a traditional Bulgarian style or modern design.

     Payment plan

     IMPERIAL Fort Club offers you one of the best payment plans and it is as follows:

• 30% of the price less the 1000 Euro reservation fee is due within three weeks from the date of the reservation;
• 50%is due at completion - You start using the apartment;
• 20% of the price is due up to one year from the readiness of the building without interest;
• The legal services for transferring the deeds are taken by the developer - clients pay no fee for that.
• You pay additionally only the half (1,5% of the amount of the deeds) of the notary and other state costs for transferring the deeds.

     Period of construction: October 2005- May 2007.
