     Property Management

     Reservations

The buyer is expected to sign the preliminary contract with the development company and pay the first installment within two weeks.

• 1000 Euro deposit for booking an apartment or a villa
• 30% at the signing of the preliminary contract
• 30% on completion of roof level
• 30% on completion of construction and start of finishing works
• 10% at transfer of ownership
