     Property Management

     A Full Rental Management package will be available to allow customers to benefit from rental income.      Reservations

It will however be deducted from the purchase price of your property upon receipt of the first installment. The buyer is expected to sign the preliminary contract with the development company and pay the first installment within two weeks.

     Payment plan

• 1000 Euro deposit for booking an apartment or a villa
• 30% at the signing of the preliminary contract
• 30% on completion of roof level
• 30% on completion of construction and start of finishing works
• 10% at transfer of ownership
