     Property Management

     The developer will provide on-site management to ensure the maintenance of high standard. The maintenance will include cleaning, maintenance, electricity and lighting of the communal parts of the buildings, swimming pools and exterior, gardening and landscaping, controlled entry and security.

     A Full Rental Management package will be available to allow customers to benefit from rental income.      Reservations

It will however be deducted from the purchase price of your property upon receipt of the first installment. The buyer is expected to sign the preliminary contract with the development company and pay the first installment within two weeks.

• 1000 Euro deposit for booking an apartment or a villa
• 50% at the signing of the preliminary contract
• 50% at transfer of ownership
