     Lilia complex offers a rich choice of stylish apartments of "studio" type and one bedroom apartments. The apartments of "studio" type are structured as separate spots merging into one another - a kitchen module, a dining spot, a conversation-and-TV spot, and bedroom place. The conversation-and-TV spot may be transformed in the bedroom place for children or guests. Terraces are large and allow setting of summer table and chairs. Bathrooms are in line with the corresponding level of luxury and are fully equipped. An individual air-conditioning is provided for each apartment. One bedroom apartments differ from studios that they have a separate bedroom.

     Lilia complex will be accessible by a guarded entrance with 24-hours protection, staircase and lift. On the ground floor of the complex is situated a small reception-lobby functionally connected to a day bar. The apartment complex was projected as flats for seasonal use (all year round use is also possible). The apartments are for sale entirely finished and furnished. There will also be supplied with the necessary communication, information and security installations, cable TV, Internet, as well as a preparation for the assembly of the air-conditioning installation. The courtyard will be abundantly planted with trees and shrubs. The accessibility is controlled through the main entrance of the building.

     All guests and owners in Holiday Complex Lilia will enjoy all facilities of the hotel "Kokiche" for their complete relaxation: restaurant, lobby bar, pool-bar, outdoor swimming pool, designed together with children's section, fitness centre, Internet, billiards, electronic games, change, different shops and beauty parlours.

     Services

     After signing the maintenance contract, the owners of apartments in Holiday Complex Lilia has the opportunity to use the services mentioned beneath:

  • a twenty four hours security service
  • every-day cleaning of the shared and nearby areas
  • maintenance and watering of the adjoining lawns
  • free use of the swimming pool
  • consumption of water and electricity for the shared space
  • technical maintenance of the property - elevators, lighting etc
  • Full access for using all services, provided, to the territory of the adjacent hotel complex - "JASMINE" and "KOKICHE"
  • on demand of the owner, to afford a studio for rent to foreign tourist provided by travel agency "Alma Holidays" Ltd. against Guarantee Rent at the rate of 1400 Euro per season for minimum 3 years!
  • on demand of the owner the contract is a subject of continuing winthout any restriction, in case of variation in the situation the guaranteed income is subject of updating
  • in case of affording the studio for a rent with Tour-operator agreement for Guaranteed rent the operating costs for laundry and cleaning of the studio are on expense of "Alma Holidays" Ltd
     The maintained tax is 10 EUR/sq.m. for the full built-up area yearly.

     Services provided for extra charge:

  • cleaning and airing the flats
  • laundry and ironing
  • current repairs and technical maintenance of each owner's flat
  • arrangement of the payment of taxes owed by the owners: for the building and the refuse as well as all current bills for the communal expenses - electricity, water, telephone etc
  • providing a baby-sitter
  • rent-a-car services
  • general tourist services such as
         - plane, bus and train tickets
         - excursions in Bulgaria as well as in neighboring countries
         - professional guides
         - TRANSFERS to the airport - group and individual
     Payment plan

  • 1000 Euro - reservation fee
  • 30% - on signing the preliminary contract
  • 40% - up to 31.01.2008
