     The holiday complex Robinson Beach is situated at the very shore of the Black Sea in Elenite Resort. In close proximity are the village of St. Vlas and resort Sunny beach. Elenite resort is more secluded and is mainly visited by foreigners. It is an unique combination of sea and mountain - the slopes sweep down into the sea. The hotels and the villas fit extraordinarily well into the natural greenety and the beach covered with extra fine golden sand. The water in the sea is crystal clear, shallow and safe for swimming.


     Robinson complex is designed according to traditions of typical houses of Bulgarian national revival. The G-shaped building consists of 4 separate houses, 7 residential entrances, two or three apartments on a floor. The greatest part of the apartments has unique view to the sea and bay of Sunny Beach. Holiday complex "Robinson beach" consists of four one-family houses (К1), (К2), (К3), (К4), situated at both ends of the building. Midway between them are respectively entrances A, B, C, D,E, F, G, each one having two apartments on floor. For owners and tourists there are many opportunities for sport, relax and entertainment.

     Payment plan:

• 30% of the purchase price due upon signing the preliminary contract
• 30 % of the purchase price due in June 2008
• 30 % of the purchase price due in December 2008
• 10 % of the purchase price due upon signing the Title Deed
