     Sunny Day 6 is the latest and the most impressive complex by a developer with a proven building record in Sunny Beach. With built up area of 72 000 sq. m., the project impresses with its magnitude and functionality and goes beyond all other Sunny Day complexes. But it is not only the size of the settlement that is impressive: a pleasant mixture of traditional Bulgarian architecture, optional building terrain and reasonable distance to the vibrant Sunny Beach offer all future residents the peace and cosiness needed for a complete holiday.      Deposit

     To reserve a property in this development a deposit of 1000 Euro is required. The deposit is a non refundable amount in case through customer's fault a property is cancelled and a Preliminary Contract with the Developer is not concluded. The price quoted refers to unfurnished property.

      First phase (houses 1-20) - completion date-December 2009

     First phase payment plan:

• 30 % - April 2008

• 20 % - April 2009
• 10 % - October 2009
• 10 % - December 2009
