     Technical Information

     Golden Eye provides modern elegance and style in traditional Bulgarian architecture. The complex will give you assurance of good quality construction. The houses are built with special construction materials that are perfectly suitable to the local climate and are a perfect combination of modern technology and traditional natural materials.

     Exterior:

     Golden Eye Construction is made of bricks and ferroconcrete. Electric installation, water-supply installation and sewerage installation are completed. The buildings will have external thermo-insulation and hydro-insulation (foundations, walls and roofs). The traditional Bulgarian architecture is represented by the natural Bulgarian stone that all facade walls of the houses are covered in half way through. In addition to that wooden panels complete the exterior and they represent the latest modern architectural design. The architecture also incorporates modern techniques such as glassed terraces with luxurious wooden parapets and large windows in all rooms. Finally, the typical sloped red tile roofs give a charming finish to the buildings.

     Services

     The owners of apartments in the complex pay annual fee of 6 EUR/ sq.m / VAT excluded/ which is spent for the following services:

• 24-hours security through a checkpoint and maintenance all year round
• Lighting of the common parts of the complex and the buildings
• Organization of sanitary: hygienic service of the complex area and the common parts of the buildings
• Maintenance of the swimming pools, the lawns in the complex and the yard communications
• One-year insurance on the apartment
• Use of swimming pools

     Guaranteed Rental Income

      An investment return of 5% during the first year is guaranteed for each apartment. The owners should pay only the current expenses and the annual maintenance fee, and in the end of the year they will receive a sum amounting of 5 % of the selling price. The owners have right to use the apartment whenever they want during the whole year. In that case the expected income will be reduced.

• 1000 Euro - Reservation fee
• 30% of the apartment price is paid on signing of preliminary contract
• 40 % on completion of the roof of the building
• 30 % on completion and signing the notarial deed

     Option 2 - 5% discount
