     The fee is in amount of 12.00 Euro per square meter per year /VAT 20% incl./ with the following discounts:

• 10.00 Euro per square meter for each apartment a year /VAT 20% incl./ for three years, if you pay in advance
• 8.00 Euro per square meter for each apartment a year /VAT 20% incl./ for five years, if you pay in advance

     Payment profile:

     The process of buying an apartment is very simplified:

• You make your choice of the apartment by viewing it or by looking through our web site - our professionals will help you with answers to all your questions
• You reserve it in one of our offices or by e-mail
• Reservation fee of 1000 Euro is owed within one week from the date of the reservation
• We sign a preliminary contract (in presence or by fax/ post)

     The payment schedule:

• 35% of the price less the 1000 Euro reservation fee is owed within three weeks from the date of the reservation
• 35% is due at finishing of the roofing works
• 30% is due at completion of the complex
