     Star Dreams is attractive holiday complex, situated in the quiet area between the famous resort Sunny Beach and St.Vlas only 100 meters away from the sea coast. Sunny Beach is the largest resort complex in south part of Bulgarian Black sea. It is located at a marvellous bay, 25 km away from the International Airport of Bourgas. Many new hotels and resort villages have been built in Sunny Beach as well as discotheques, night clubs, restaurants, cafes, shops, sport and children’s facilities, Aqua Parks, etc. The investments in the resort complex are approaching 1 billion Euro. The beach line is 8 km long with excellent fine sand, and it is well maintained and equipped with sun chairs and parasols. This is one of the few places on the Black Sea coastline where naturally shaped dunes can be seen combined with pine and deciduous forests.


     Star Dreams complex consists of three separate buildings over different levels, situated around two large asymmetrical swimming pools, one of which with attractive pool bar. Both pools are equipped with circular children’s sections. Star Dreams is with low-rise architecture, inclined roofs and facades in warm colours, which are typicall for the investor. The characteristic slanting plot of construction gives an opportunity for a good sea view from most apartments. In the complex there are altogether 270 apartments with different area, varying from studios to 3-bedroom apartments.

     Furnishing

     As an extra all apartments in Sky Dreams would be provided with a Free Furniture Pack in accordance with all leading touroperators.

     Maintenance

     Customers, who have bought apartments in Sky Dreams complex, pay one year maintenance fee that covers:

• Year Round 24 hour security
• Maintenance of the grounds of the complex
• Maintenance of the public parts of the building
• Maintenance of the swimming pool
• Maintenance of the green area of the complex
• Other services, needed by the owners for their comfortable stay in "Star Dreams"
• The fee is in amount of 9 Euro per sq.m. (including VAT)

     Payment Plan:

• 1000 EURO - reservation deposit
• 30% - in 1 month
• 20% - on the beginning of construction works
• 20% - on "roof stage"
• 30% - on completion
