     Payment plan

  • 25% /second installment/ paid at signing of the Preliminary Contract within 20-28 days after the deposit has been paid
  • 20% third installment payable in October 2008
  • 20% fourth installment payable in December 2008
  • 20% fifth installment payable in February 2009
  • 10% sixth installment payable on receiving of Act 15, at which point the ownership of the property will be transferred to the buyer (approx. August 2009)
