     General Conditions

     All owners who rent out their apartments must pay an annual 10% rental income tax.

     Payment plan

     Standard

• 5 % deposit /first installment/ to the bank account of the builder (non-refundable)
• 25% /second installment/ paid at signing of the Preliminary Contract within 20-28 days after the deposit has been paid
• 20% third installment payable in October 2008
• 20% fourth installment payable in December 2008
• 20% fifth installment payable in February 2009
• 10% sixth installment payable on receiving of Act 15, at which point the ownership of the property will be transferred to the buyer (approx. August 2009)

     With discount - 5 %

• 5 % deposit deposit /first installment/ to the bank account of the builder (non-refundable)
• 90% /second installment/ paid at signing of the Preliminary Contract within 20-28 days after the deposit has been paid
