     A monolithic construction framework - a beamless structure with bearing reinforced concrete discs and columns. In observance of the latest construction requirements for seismic regions - 9th Medvedev-Sponheuer-Karnik seismic scale degree.

     Facade:

     Thermal and hydro-insulation of the whole building with modern materials including the ceiling, facade, and basement premises. The facade walls are made of 25 cm thick ceramic bricks and have been insulated with 5cm thick EPS heat insulation on top of which is laid silicate plaster.

     Electrical installations:

• standard cabling set in corrugated tubes switches, wall plugs and lamp terminals
• lighting fixtures for the shared areas and the nearby area
