Their size is from 40.85m2 to 91.89m2. All apartments are finished to 4-star quality, bathrooms are fully equipped, and kitchen cupboards from qualified supllier are also be fitted.

• Maintenance of the elevators
• Maintenance of the green area and adjacent areas
• Technical support and sanitary maintenance of the pools
