     Ekaterina complex features parking lot, pool, children’s playground, barbecue, 24 hour security and green areas. The building faces south and this provides the best sunshine in the premises from September to June. From most of the apartments there is wonderful sea view.

     The total residential area of the complex in 2 720 sq. m. Each building has a common warehousing premises for lounges, inflatable mattresses, bikes, and a premises for servicing of level floor one.

     The design of the complex allows all year round use of the residence. The buildings have full outside insulation. All premises have independent air-conditioning heat/cold system. The hot water supply is by individual electric boilers for each apartment. The power supply takes into consideration the winter peak loading of installation. The water pipes are insulated. The area of the complex is enclosed with a metal fence. The access is limited to the owners and their guests.

• Water supply and plumbing: PVC and poyropylene
• Electric wiring: installed switches, outlets and sockets with bulbs
• Cable: TV cable for each living room and bedroom, cable for telephone
• Infrastructure: provided power supply; water supply, sewerage, external pool, parking lot, children's playground, 24 hour security, barbecue, planting and utilities according to the project

     Upon additional agreement, supplied by wish of the customer, are

• Air conditioning: independent air conditioning split - installations /hot - cold/ for each premises
• Kitchen equipment and furniture – sinks, mixing tap, cupboards, absorber, cooker, refrigerator, etc
• Furnishing of kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms
• Security contract with licensed SOT /Signal-Security Equipment/ company
• Cable TV contract

     Note:

• In case of purchase of apartment, annual maintenance fee is paid. It covers servicing of common parts of the complex, swimming pool, 24 hour security
• Pointed quadratures include common parts

      Date of completion: December 2009

     Payment plan:

• 1 000 Euro - reservation for 20 days fee (non – refundable)
• 30% - preliminary contract
• 40% - 3 months after signing of the preliminary contract
• 20% - 6 months after signing of the preliminary contract
• 10% - on signing of the Notary deed
