     Complex Summer Smile is located in quiet and peaceful region between resort complex Sunny beach and green south slopes of Stara planina in the village of Kosharitsa, about 3 km. away from the beach and the sea. It offers the opportunity to be away rom the noise of summer touristic season and at the same time to enjoy wonderful Bulgarian beaches. In immediate vicinity are situated historic town of Nessebar, resort settlement of Saint Vlas and holiday complex Elenite. Sunny beach is the biggest and most popular Bulgarian seaside resort.


     Summer Smile complex consists of 6 two-storey villas, each with size 86.46 sq. m. The first floor has an entrance, a spacious living room with a dining room and a kitchenette box and a toilet, also it has a staircase to the second level, which has a little corridor, a bathroom with a toilet, and two bedrooms with terraces.

     The villas are luxury finished, constructed of reinforced iron-concrete and brick masonry and fully heat and water isolated. The villas are amphitheatrically situated which fits the terrain and thus each property has a gorgeous view toward the whole Sunny Beach sea resort and the sea.

• Kitchenette: laminated parquet, terminals for hot and cold water
• Water supply and plumbing: PVC and poyropylene
• Electric wiring: installed switches, outlets and sockets with bulbs
• Cable: TV cable for each living room and bedroom, cable for telephone
• Infrastructure: provided power supply; water supply, sewerage, external pool, parking lot, children's playground, 24 hour security, barbecue, planting and utilities according to the project

     Upon additional agreement, supplied by wish of the customer, are

• Air conditioning: independent air conditioning split - installations /hot - cold/ for each premises
• Kitchen equipment and furniture – sinks, mixing tap, cupboards, absorber, cooker, refrigerator, etc
• Furnishing of kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms
• Security contract with licensed SOT /Signal-Security Equipment/ company
• Cable TV contract

     Note:

• In case of purchase of apartment, annual maintenance fee is paid. It covers servicing of common parts of the complex, swimming pool, 24 hour security
• Pointed quadratures include common parts

     Date of completion: August, 2009 year

     Payment plan

• 1 000 Euro - reservation for 20 days fee (non – refundable)
• 40% - preliminary contract
• 35% - upon completion of the foundation of the building
• 25% - on signing of the Notary deed
